We are seeking a dedicated General Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming school in Walton-on-Thames. This role is ideal for someone with experience in managing classroom activities and supporting staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for distributing pre-set work to students and ensuring that school standards of behaviour are maintained.
Day-to-day of the role:- Distribute and oversee pre-set classroom work.
- Ensure that students are engaged and behaving according to school standards.
- Provide support to teaching staff and act as an additional resource within the classroom.
- Monitor and report on the progress of students as necessary.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Proven experience as a long-term cover supervisor.
- Strong understanding of classroom management and school operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Right to work in the UK (note: no sponsorship is offered for this role).
