Purpose of Job:

  • Manage day-to-day information related to vehicle allocation and supply for the client’s dealer network.
  • Provide support within the Supply Chain area of Systems and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process of loading new vehicles onto SAP, including amending arrival dates and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Handle dealer communications related to vehicle orders, allocation, and supply.
  • Prepare Excel reports and provide initial analysis for review.
  • Proactively manage back-orders, stock swaps, and vehicle specification changes.
  • Maintain minimum stock-holding to meet sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with Regional Business Managers on dealer issues and stock status.
  • Operate the vehicle allocation system, including managing vehicle movements tied to dealer appointments, terminations, and returns.
  • Administer vehicle invoicing, credit, and re-invoicing processes.
  • Assist with processing and administration of Used Cars, Company Cars, and Fleet contracts.

Main Interfaces:

  • Internal: Supply Chain, Product Marketing, Production Planning, Regional Business Managers.
  • External: Dealer network, Customer Service team.

Person Specification:

  • Education: 4 GCSEs, including English and Maths.
  • Experience: Administration experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong Excel skills, good knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge (desirable), excellent communication, flexibility, and a self-motivated attitude.
