Repairs Supervisor

Build Recruitment are working with a large social housing contractor to recruit for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to cover the KT and TW postcode areas.

You will be supervising a team of trades across a busy day to day repairs contract in the KT, TW and GU postcode areas. Experience on a similar repairs contract is essential.

Job Details:

Temp to perm opportunity- £24 per hour CIS
Van and fuel card provided
Weekly pay
42.5 hours per week

Requirements

Trade qualification
SSSTS, SMSTS or IOSH qualification
UK Driving Licence
Previous supervisory experience within social housing setting
