Our client is seeking a qualified Administrator to join their dynamic and forward-thinking company, which is committed to supporting regenerative and holistic practices within the UK agricultural sector. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to assist in managing back-office operations and to contribute to our mission of positively impacting the industry. This role will be split over two sites and will require travel with your own means of transport.
Responsibilities:
- Manage general office responsibilities, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, photocopying, and printing documents.
- Oversee company email accounts, responding to inquiries or redirecting messages in a timely manner.
- Provide front-of-house services while ensuring that office equipment is maintained, and supplies are well-stocked.
- Support the operations team to facilitate efficient order processing that aligns with company standards. This may involve handling customer orders, organising transportation, and coordinating communication with the warehouse.
- Uphold high standards within the office to promote easy and immediate access to information.
- Assist the General Manager in planning and allocating resources for training and projects, ensuring effective staff utilization and addressing any resource gaps.
- Contribute to the establishment and implementation of company goals and objectives.
- Develop and annually review procedures and systems, ensuring consistent application across all administrative functions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
