MP Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a dedicated Permanent Facilities Coordinator to join our client's team based in Harwell, Oxfordshire. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for all administrative activities related to facilities management, ensuring that both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed efficiently and in compliance with service level agreements (SLA). You will provide essential administrative support to various departments, ensuring that operations run smoothly while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with administrative experience to contribute to a dynamic facilities management environment.

  • Experience: Proven administrative experience is essential; experience within a facilities management environment is desirable.
  • Qualifications: A full and valid driving license.
  • Compliance: Willingness to undergo a DBS check upon appointment.
  • Skills: Strong planning and organizational abilities, attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders at all levels with confidence.
  • Adaptability: A flexible individual who demonstrates resilience in a changing work environment.
