MP Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Operations Coordinator with our esteemed client on Milton Park a growing company in the Construction & Property sector. This role is Office based and calls for a dedicated professional ready to support the Facilities Operations. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be integral in providing soft services and administrative support, ensuring the seamless functioning of daily operations while maintaining exceptional standards of service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administration, communication, and interpersonal skills, allowing them to engage effectively with various stakeholders across the organisation. A good understanding of reception duties and facilities management will be highly regarded, enabling you to thrive in this dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Proven experience in administration duties within a customer service or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with visitors, contractors, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of adapting to changing business needs.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office and familiarity with business process systems such as ServiceNow, Concur, and iProcurement.
  • A keen eye for detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms and communal areas.
  • Ability to provide reception duties when necessary, including managing contractor check-ins and administrative tasks.
  • Proactive approach towards problem-solving and willingness to assist with ad-hoc requests across the Facilities Operations team.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety compliance and participation in safety checks is an advantage.
