About the Job -

Direct and lead a group comprising scientists and technicians providing expertise and services in: technical support and complaint resolution; pack testing and materials qualification; analytical services, microbiology and hygiene testing.

About you -

  • Degree in chemistry or materials science or equivalent experience in the packaging industry.
  • Expert knowledge of metal packaging (materials used, manufacturing processes, failure modes and corrective actions).
  • Good understanding of methods of materials characterisation and analysis, and statistical analysis methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
