As a Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting on a day to day basis to help grow the business where the Account Managers see fit.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive include:

  • Dealing with all aspects of customer services
  • Hold strong communication to customers
  • Loading and supporting sales orders within the CRM
  • Ensuring orders are correct prior to arrival
  • Replying to customers, internal comms and suppliers enquiries when Account Managers are unable to respond
  • Preparing and providing quotes to customers where required
  • Assisting with Demo Kit requests and orders
  • Liaising with supply chain and manufacturers for stock queries
  • Taking part in product training and keeping up to date with new products
  • Attending customer meetings from time to time (virtual or physical)

Profile

The successful Sales Support Executive will have:

  • Previous admin, customer service or sales experience
  • Be customer focused
  • Strong communication skills with multiple internal departments
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and articulate effectively
  • Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Must be a problem solver and able to work under own initiative
