The Opportunity: To support SEN students within the Wantage primary student body, as they have additional challenges to their education. You need to collaborate with professional and breakdown barriers for children with ASD, ADHD, Cerebal Palsy and other learning and physical disabilites.
Full time, Monday - Friday - 08:30am - 15:30pm
Wantage - onsite only (no work from home)

Education and Training
Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Graduates with a 2:2 or above Hons degree required. Psychology degrees preferred
- Aspiring teachers/educational psychologists/ SEN Teachers
- 1:1 & Small Group work
- Wantage (OX12)
- ASAP Start
- Full-time roles - Monday - Friday
- £83.50 - £90 per day, term time only
The successful graduate must:
- Be enthusiastic, confident and approachable
- Have strong subject knowledge within English Maths and Science (GCSE A* - C)
- Be able to work effectively as party of a large team
- Have strong communication and behaviour skills
- Be able to inspire and motivate KS1/KS2 children in the classroom
- Have high expectations and be committed to seeing all children reach their full potential
- Be able to deliver well-structured lessons for small groups/1:1 sessions
- Be flexible and self-motivated
