We need someone who's patient, kind, and has a knack for turning even the most ordinary school day into an epic adventure.

Your Mission as a Wantage SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant (Should You Choose to Accept It):

• 1:1 Support: Be the trusty sidekick to an amazing student, helping them navigate the exciting world of learning and play.
• Playground Rescues: Transform "Uh-oh" moments into "Wow!" moments. You'll be their go-to problem-solver, whether it's a tricky maths problem or a game of hopscotch gone awry.
• Social Interaction Guru: Encourage friendships, help with social skills, and assist in decoding the mysteries of the playground politics.
• Encouragement Extraordinaire: Celebrate every small win and motivate them to keep going, even when the going gets tough.

Must-Have Powers of a SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant:

• Super Patience: Able to remain calm in the face of tantrums, spills, and the occasional glitter explosion.
• Positivity Ray: Your cheerful attitude is contagious, even on rainy Mondays.
• SEN Experience (Preferred but Not Essential): Bonus points if you've already worked with children with special needs, but we'll provide all the training and support you need to unleash your full potential.
