The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-established Wantage-based Estate Agency to recruit a confident, organised, people-first Sales Progressor with exceptional customer service skills to join their team.

As Sales Progressor, your role will provide a vital link in the chain between buyers, sellers, solicitors and wider stakeholders to ensure the smooth and stress-free completion of property transactions. By working to resolve any issues that arise, and keeping all parties informed and reassured throughout the process, this position really does change a customer’s entire experience.

In addition to managing multiple projects at one time, the successful Sales Progressor will play an important role in ensuring the chain completes should issues or delays occur. Whilst this is not a sales role, the successful candidate should be resilient and confident to find a solution yet also empathetic and kind.

Requirements

  • Highly organised with a real attention to detail and able to balance many moving parts
  • An understanding of the process of buying/selling a property, either obtained from working or personal experience
  • A strong communicator, who is confident to at times manage challenging situations whilst balancing empathy and resilience
  • A full UK driving license and own car?
