About the Role:
Provide direct support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Assist in classroom activities, both one-on-one and in small groups
Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Work alongside a passionate and friendly team of educators
Encourage and nurture children's development, ensuring they grow academically and emotionally.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, is desirable.
A passion for working in education and helping children overcome challenges.
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
A proactive and positive attitude
