JGA are seeking an HR Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract on behalf of a client.
This hire will support their end-to-end recruitment process from screening, through interview, as well as overseeing all onboarding.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional with strong recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support with HR System and Data Management.
- Support with Employee Relations Case work.
- Shadow the HR Manager on HR Business Partnering activities.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels.
- Conduct first-stage interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Oversee onboarding, ensuring a smooth new starter experience.
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
- Knowledge of HR systems and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
