What You’ll Be Doing

  • Master of Stock: Accurately checking, booking, and managing incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Efficiency Expert: Optimising warehouse replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Team Player: Supporting stock takes, health and safety, and general warehouse operations.
  • Communication Champion: Liaising with couriers and assisting other departments with warehouse queries.
  • Problem Solver: Tackling any reasonable tasks that come your way with a positive attitude.

What They’re Looking For

  • Warehouse Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse environment with excellent attention to detail.
  • Forklift Skills: Current forklift license or experience is highly desirable.
  • Team Spirit: Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and occasional extended hours.
  • Rural Comfort: Content working in their beautiful semi-rural location.
