What You’ll Be Doing
- Master of Stock: Accurately checking, booking, and managing incoming and outgoing stock.
- Efficiency Expert: Optimising warehouse replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Team Player: Supporting stock takes, health and safety, and general warehouse operations.
- Communication Champion: Liaising with couriers and assisting other departments with warehouse queries.
- Problem Solver: Tackling any reasonable tasks that come your way with a positive attitude.
What They’re Looking For
- Warehouse Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse environment with excellent attention to detail.
- Forklift Skills: Current forklift license or experience is highly desirable.
- Team Spirit: Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and occasional extended hours.
- Rural Comfort: Content working in their beautiful semi-rural location.
- Safety Focus: Basic understanding of ISO9001 and Health & Safety requirements.
