Our client is seeking a skilled Mechanical Bias Development Engineer to join their expert team, driving the development and improvement of their innovative products and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design components, tooling, and machine parts using CAD (SolidWorks).
  • Lead product and process development, creating prototypes for testing and trials.
  • Validate product specifications and manufacturing standards.
  • Transfer technology to production facilities with full documentation and support.
  • Provide problem-solving expertise for manufacturing issues.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering and 3D-CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Hands-on tooling and machine setup expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of materials and Design for Manufacture (DFM).
