Our client is seeking a skilled Mechanical Bias Development Engineer to join their expert team, driving the development and improvement of their innovative products and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Design components, tooling, and machine parts using CAD (SolidWorks).
- Lead product and process development, creating prototypes for testing and trials.
- Validate product specifications and manufacturing standards.
- Transfer technology to production facilities with full documentation and support.
- Provide problem-solving expertise for manufacturing issues.
- Degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering and 3D-CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
- Hands-on tooling and machine setup expertise.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of materials and Design for Manufacture (DFM).
