We are seeking an experienced Onsite Program Manager with a proven track record of 20+ years in IT, specializing in SAP transformations, implementations, and rollouts within the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the customer, engaging with CXO-level stakeholders, aligning enterprise IT landscapes, and driving the successful execution of cohesive program plans.
As the onsite program manager you will need:
1.Minimum 20+ years of experience in IT which includes handling large transformation, implementations & Rollout SAP projects.
2.Should have very strong knowledge in Manufacturing domain
3.Should have experience working closely with Customer CXO Community
4.Should understand all the IT projects within Customer landscape and create a cohesive program plan and define the execution methodology
5.Should have a POV on the complete customers enterprise architecture
6.Should be able to understand and provide a POV on the customer IT landscape which includes, SAP applications and non-SAP applications, including Cloud infrastructure
7.Should be able to suggest various SAP functionalities & non-SAP products to suite customers requirements
8.Should be well versed with the latest happenings in SAP wrt its product evolution
9.Should have handled SAP implementations, Rollouts & Upgrades.
10.Should be able to easily navigate through the customer eco system and be a trusted advisor
11.Should work closely with Customer IT team
12.Should work with Business users, listen to the issues and give them confidence that the current SAP solutions will solve their issues
13.Should work closely with Manufacturing plant teams during the Rollouts and represent Crown IT
14.Work with SAP teams to ensure delivery timelines are adhered
15.Work with multiple project teams to align to an overall program plan
16.Should have experience in working with Onsite / offshore teams
17.Willing for frequent travels
18.Having connects with the Senior folks in SAP UK is an added advantage.
