We’re looking for a proactive BMS Project Manager to join our succesful team. This is a hybrid role, with some travel to our Harrogate office required.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Project manager should be able to support Installs teams to deliver a professional, efficient, and quality experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel to client sites, applying their excellent BMS knowledge and project delivery skills to help us make the two degrees of change.

The succesful candidate will be part of the opportunity process, housed within the business development unit. You will be responsible for delivering energy and HVAC optimisation projects for our clients across all sectors. Reporting into the Technical compliance manager, you have responsibility for a team of Engineers/contractors and all aspects of Project operations. Accordingly, you play an integral part in achieving longer-term impact, growth, and profitability vision for the business.
Experience and Qualifications:
Essential:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SharePoint & Teams
- In-depth knowledge of building management systems (Trend, Tridium – (RDM would be beneficial) and a sound understanding and applications knowledge of HVAC, AC Control Systems, Lighting controls and BEMS.
- At least 5 years of professional experience either performing project management tasks and/or delivering energy efficiency improvements in a project management capacity.
- UK drivers license.
- Trade qualified in Electrical or Mechanical (HNC preferable or trade industry background with a recognized qualification).
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Energy Industry
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
