This Construction Management company deliver Projects within the Motorsport and Commercial office environment .
They are actively seeking a Project Manager who has experience of delivering High End Interior Fit Out and Construction Projects within the Commercial Office, Luxury Hotels or similar sectors .
It is essential that the candidate can demonstrate experience of dealing face to face with clients and their associated representatives.
Initially you will be working on a major project in Oxfordshire for a Formula One Team that will include a high-end office fit-out and an extension to an existing building
The successful candidate will be educated to minimum level of HNC in Construction and will be able to demonstrate experience of working for a PM Consultancy or Interior Fit Out Company OR Principal Contractor .
Salary 70k-80k plus company car / car allowance, pension, medical, 25 DH + Annual Bonus.
