The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established Wantage-based Estate Agency who are looking to recruit a confident Administrator with a great eye for detail to join their small but friendly team.

As Estate Agency Administrator, you will play a vital part within the team by acting as the first point of contact for queries over the telephone, email and in person too. The successful candidate will also support the office with general administration, diary management and the creation of materials for window displays.

In addition to office duties, the Estate Agency Administrator will also be confident to occasionally visit properties with prospective buyers and carry out property viewings.

Being the first point of contact for all prospective buyers, sellers and connected stakeholders, the successful Estate Agency Administrator should be confident to deliver an exceptional level of service over the phone and be able to effectively and efficiently record information, solve queries and escalate calls to other team members.

The successful Estate Agency Administrator will therefore need to be confident, friendly and enthusiastic with exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
