Sponsorship Sales Executive

Are you a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sponsorship sales?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join my clients’ dynamic team based near Ware.

As a Sponsorship Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and building strong relationships with clients. Your strong B2B experience and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders will be instrumental in your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell multi-tiered sponsorship packages for events, tailoring them to meet client objectives.
  • Seek out and develop relationships with potential clients, including decision-makers from relevant industries.
  • Sell standard and customized sponsorship packages to clients.
  • Cross-sell delegate and attendee packages to a large, targeted audience.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships while actively seeking new clients for both established and emerging initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sponsors and understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with event organisers to integrate sponsors into event activities and maximise their exposure.
  • Provide post-event reports to sponsors, highlighting the impact of their sponsorship and generating future sales opportunities.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a sponsorship/delegate/events sales role (1 year minimum)
  • Strong sales planning, organisational, and forecasting skills
  • A passion for winning new business and expanding the client base
  • A strong grasp of the principles and strategies involved in selling sponsorship packages
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Great telephone manner
