URGENTLY SEEKING CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES CANDIDATES ! My client is looking for an individual that has excellent customer service experience, happy to be on the phone dealing with any questions and queries, taking on leads and building a great relationship with your customers. Sales experience is needed.
TEMPORARY ROLE
- Role: Customer Service/Lead Sales Support
- Salary: £15.00 an hour
- Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
- REMOTE WORKING FROM HOME
- Start date: ASAP (you must be immediately available)
- Temporary up until end of December 2024 (8 weeks)
Duties:
?The primary role of the Lead Response Rep is to react to our customer’s needs promptly and to give them a great experience when reaching out to company.
- ?Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact to meet or exceed required daily sales activities.
- Maintain a 3x transparent pipeline in Salesforce.
- Excellent at analysing sales data and applying it to drive the sales process
- Willing to follow sales methodologies and processes using our designed systems
- Can powerfully present the Value Proposition for the business, our cloud-based platform, live or online, to engineering users, teams, and management
- Exceeds given targets and can drive the potential of the market
- Maintain all Salesforce process requirements
- Can master the product line and technologies to be able to talk about them fluently to technical audiences
