We are urgently seeking a Spanish-speaking candidate for a fully remote Customer Service/Sales Representative role. This position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who is comfortable handling phone queries and engaging in sales activities. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality service experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Engage in lead generation and sales calls to meet daily and monthly targets.
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain a transparent sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring all sales data is up-to-date and accurate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Must be reliable and diligent
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales environments.
  • Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Skilled in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
