  • Delivering Training: Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions for new and existing agents both online and in-person at our headquarters and across the UK.
  • Developing Content: Collaborate with the team to review and enhance training materials, ensuring they stay relevant and effective.
  • Representing the company: Attend key industry events across the UK and internationally, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
  • Travelling Nationwide: Be prepared to travel across the UK to deliver training, with overnight stays as required.
  • Collaborating Globally: Work closely with our international training teams to align standards while tailoring content to the UK market.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in training new recruits within the estate agency sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple training sessions and projects.
  • Solid understanding of estate agency practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
