Our clients based in the Ware area are looking for a Administrator/Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
The primary objective is to support the Production & Customer Service Team with all duties related to this function:
- Organise & create production based on customer demand.
- Liaise with Procurement Team regarding material queries & ensure all relevant information is communicated to the Customer Service Team.
- Liaise with Production / QC to follow order progress
- Provide updates to Sales Team as & when required
- Troubleshooting and resolution of issues
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Proactive in achieving continuous improvement
- Undertake training consistent with developing skills relevant to those duties and responsibilities of the role
