Customer Service/Sales Representative

We are urgently seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative who is immediately available to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills, comfortable handling phone queries, and capable of nurturing leads to build strong relationships.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a great experience by responding promptly to their needs.
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact to meet or exceed required daily sales activities.
  • Maintain a transparent 3x pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Analyse sales data effectively to drive the sales process.
  • Adhere to sales methodologies and processes using our designated systems.
  • Present the Value Proposition for our cloud-based platform powerfully, either live or online, to engineering users, teams, and management.
  • Exceed set targets and maximise market potential.
  • Maintain all Salesforce process requirements.
  • Master the product line and technologies to discuss them fluently with technical audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
  • Ability to work fully remotely with a dedicated home office setup.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and other sales management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and apply insights to the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging technical audiences.
  • Must be immediately available as the start date is ASAP.
