Position Overview:This is a hybrid role after training, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively. They offer the flexibility to accommodate shorter daily hours or a 4-day work week, ensuring you can thrive both professionally and personally. You just need to be able to work Monday and Tuesdays. Key responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for monthly and weekly accurately and on time including all deductions
  • Manage payroll enquiries and resolve issues
  • Distributing payslips
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations
  • BACS run
  • Managing starters and leavers, P60s and P11Ds
  • Pension
  • Statutory returns
  • Streamline payroll processes and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing within a sole role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
  • Proficient in payroll software ideally Sage
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
