Document Controller / Site Administrator required to join the construction team on a commercial office fit-out/refurbishment project on a business park in Ware.
Experience of Document Control software is essential, the company use Project Plus which is similar to other Doc Control systems.
Responsibilities:
Complete all Project Plus set up steps
Administering all site documents - uploading latest version of drawings to the internal management system, distributing the relevant information to the various subcontractors etc.
Manage the filing of subcontractor O&M manuals
The hourly rate can be negotiated and offered as PAYE or Umbrella (the rate offered will depend on preference of pay-type).
