Groundworks Foreperson/Manager required to oversee various aspects of the groundworks and landscaping to a commercial office building refurbishment with regard to the external works.
This will include fencing, paving, drainage, kerbing and the landscaping (turfing). Various subcontractors have been appointed to complete the external works, the Foreperson/Manager will oversee all aspects of the groundwork and liaise with the contractors to ensure a high standard delivery.
Reporting to the Project Manager who is overseeing the project as a whole (internals and externals), the Externals Foreperson/Manager will be required to take ownership of the groundworks and provide regular updates with regard to progress.
The site is based on a business park with parking available.
CSCS (Gold/Black) and SSSTS/SMSTS required
