Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Design:

  • Conceptualise, design, and execute high-quality content.
  • Develop compelling visuals and video content tailored for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Edit and enhance content to ensure it aligns with brand identity and goals.

Lead Generation:

  • Strategically create content that drives engagement and converts audiences into leads.
  • Collaborate with our engineers to optimise campaigns for lead acquisition.
  • Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.

Team & Project Management:

  • Oversee the content creation process.
  • Manage and coordinate with other team members to achieve objectives.
  • Establish workflows and guidelines to maintain consistent quality and brand voice.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyse key performance metrics related to lead generation and content success.
  • Provide regular reports and suggest actionable improvements to enhance performance.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in content creation, graphic design and video editing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
  • Full UK Driving licence
