We are looking for aSteam Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theSteam Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheSteam Engineer,will be responsible for:

  • Service, maintenance, and repairs on installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake / extract)
  • Heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCU's etc.)
  • Water system assets, such as booster sets, chlorifiers, water heaters.
  • You'll be expected to deliver to the highest level of service for the client.
  • Answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
  • You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Keep logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
  • Working at heights and in confined spaces
  • Willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
  • The ability to use a mobile device and good verbal and written communication skills.

To be successful for this Steam Engineer role you must have:

  • Experience within a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment
  • BOAS accreditation
  • City & Guilds Level 3 or Level 5 NVQ or HNC equivalent
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
  • A full UK driving license is required.
