We are looking for aSteam Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theSteam Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheSteam Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Service, maintenance, and repairs on installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake / extract)
- Heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCU's etc.)
- Water system assets, such as booster sets, chlorifiers, water heaters.
- You'll be expected to deliver to the highest level of service for the client.
- Answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Keep logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
- Working at heights and in confined spaces
- Willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
- The ability to use a mobile device and good verbal and written communication skills.
To be successful for this Steam Engineer role you must have:
- Experience within a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment
- BOAS accreditation
- City & Guilds Level 3 or Level 5 NVQ or HNC equivalent
- Knowledge of Health & Safety
- Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
- A full UK driving license is required.
