Our client is a thriving organisation based on the outskirts of Ware and they are growing their already established sales team. You will have the opportunity to work within a busy sales office, where you will be assigned customer accounts and will be required to maintain and grow the company brand.
This is a full-time role working full-time onsite in their offices based on the outskirts of Ware (8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday) and offers a generous salary of £26,000 - £30,000 basic depending on experience, plus a fantastic commission structure and other excellent benefits, which could increase your salary substantially. Our client also offers a company yearly bonus scheme and other bonuses including loyalty and quarterly bonuses based on revenue.
You will be providing a best in class level of service with fast response times to quote requests, queries and questions from customer whilst ensuring a market leading experience to every customer at every touch point.
This is an exciting opportunity to utilise and develop your existing sales and account management skills with real potential to earn from a generous commission structure. Due to our clients location, candidates must have their own mode of transport due to limited public transport.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide and follow up quotes for new and existing customer by e-mail orders and telephone
- Maximise every opportunity to grow sales and build effective relationships with your customers is an everyday part of the role.
- Identifying and create new opportunities through phoning existing and lapsed clients
- Responding to e-mails and customer order within timeframes to ensure KPI is met
- Handle the daily administration tasks of your accounts and e-mail management
- Book appointments for the Business Development Manager when required
- Working closely with the Team Leader and BDM (business development manager) you will evaluate, track, maintain, develop and grow the spend of an existing group of customers and inbound sales leads to produce 20% minimum growth as a "business within a business" team.
