Assembly Technician - 3 month contract (Dec, Jan, Feb)聽
On site Monday - Friday (08.00 - 17.00 (14.30 finish on Friday)
Location: Ware, East Hertfordshire
Duties and responsibilities
路 Assemble components in accordance with technical drawings.
路 Test completed assemblies for correct operation.
路 Perform basic maintenance on machinery and equipment.
路 Identify and replace defective assembly components.
路 Investigate and diagnose faults.
路 Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Basic Requirements
路 Experience in a production and assembly environment.
- Experienced and able to use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and instructions.
- Good practical skills and manual dexterity
- Able to work accurately, methodically and to complete tasks to a high standard.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good practical mechanical aptitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
