This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations, covering customer service, order processing, transport coordination, and general administration.Office Administrator – Benefits:

- Process customer orders and respond to queries via email and phone
- Coordinate dispatch, deliveries, and supplier communications
- Maintain stock, production, and compliance records
- Handle office administration, including ordering supplies and filing documents
- Must be a driver due to the remote location
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently
- High attention to detail in data entry and order processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Experience in logistics, stock management, or CRM systems is beneficial but not essential (training provided)
