Salary - £22,000 - £25,000, + Commission (OTE - £35,000 - £40,000)

Full license and own car required.

5 day week - Monday - Friday, Saturdays 9am - 5pm (every other Saturday and a day off in lieu when a Saturday worked)

Our client based in Stanstead Abbotts is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator, ideally with valuation experience, to join their dynamic team.This role offers a competitive base salary of £22,000 to £25,000, complemented by a generous 10% commission structure. High achievers can expect on-target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Registering new buyer enquiries and converting them to viewings
  • Contacting buyers and arranging property viewings
  • Conducting property viewings and encouraging offers & entering negotiations
  • Providing viewing feedback to vendor clients
  • Selling of our services to new and existing clients

Skills required for the job

  • Experience within residential sales or new homes market, preferably within London or the Home Counties
  • A sense of urgency for goal achievement
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and enthusiastic communication style
  • Self-starting with the desire to succeed
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good IT literacy skills
