Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

My client are a fast-growing company specialising in domestic boiler installations, heating maintenance, and plumbing. They pride themselves on high standards and excellent customer service.
 
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Planner Administrator to manage daily scheduling, coordinate technician assignments, and ensure smooth operations.
 
Key Responsibilities
·Schedule and assign jobs to technicians based on expertise and availability
·Process service requests, cancellations, and reschedules
·Send appointment confirmations and reminders
·Handle emergency calls and prioritise urgent issues
·Update job records, monitor parts availability, and communicate with technicians
·Follow up on completed jobs, outstanding quotes, and customer reviews
·Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory checks
 
Key Skills & Experience
·Minimum 2 years' experience in administration (plumbing/heating industry preferred)
·Strong organisational and time management skills
·Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
·Proficient in IT (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets)
·Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
