Our client is a Community Special School in Ware, supporting upto 165 students, aged 2 to 19 years. The school caters to pupils with a range of needs, including severe or profound learning difficulties, communication challenges, Autism Spectrum Condition, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and some complex medical needs.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a skilled SEN team in Ware and take the next steps in the education and training sector. This role will involve supporting the education and development of students, ensuring each child receives the tailored care they need to thrive.
