Lecturer Retail Design & Branding - Temporary - 6 hours per week - Ware - £28.29 to £30.40

We are recruiting for a temporary Retail Design and Branding Lecturer to work at Hertford Regional College to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at our state of art facilities in Ware.

About The Role

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting our learners in developing their knowledge, practical skills and to deliver Level 4 (Foundation Degree - Creative Enterprise) and Level 6 (BA Hons - Visual Merchandising, Styling and Promotion) on Monday at the Ware Campus from January 2025. As a Retail Design and Branding Lecturer you will teach inspiring lessons to small groups aged 18 and maximise the progress, development and employability of our students. You will be responsible for the assessment of students’ written and practical work.

About You

Successful candidates will display a passion for teaching and enjoy interacting and engaging with students. You will work collaboratively with colleagues whilst using your own initiative. You will have great interpersonal and organisation skills. You will hold possess a BA (Hons) in a related specialism, such as, Graphic Design, Retail Design, Advertising and Marketing, Interior Design and Immersive Experience along with industry experience - an essential requirement of this role. You will have skills using Adobe CC and Sketch-Up. Previous teaching experience is not essential, training can be given.
