Administrator | Wareham | Temp to Perm

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service? Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and varied role where you’ll support both internal teams and customers.

As an Administrator, you’ll benefit from:

As an Administrator, you will:

  • Entering customer information into the company systems

  • Administering customer orders and ensuring they are processed accurately

  • Handling customer payments and maintaining up-to-date records

  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Preparing and issuing necessary documentation to the relevant departments

  • Managing customer information to ensure accuracy

  • Prioritising tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines

 

As an Administrator, your skills and experience will include

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service roles

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
