Location: Wareham
Salary: 25,500 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

TeamJobs is excited to be recruiting for an Administrator to join a dynamic and customer-focused Order Management Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organisational skills, and enjoy delivering top-tier customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders from sale through to installation. You'll work closely with sales representatives, technical surveyors, and other internal teams to provide outstanding support and ensure all orders are handled efficiently.



Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate and issue work to technical surveyors, managing the survey process

  • Support the ordering process and prepare product packs for the factory

  • Maintain accurate records and enter contracts into the CRM system

  • Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency

  • Process payments and finance applications in line with company policies

  • Assist in managing customer complaints and feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction



What We're Looking For

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy office environment

  • A proactive, self-motivated, and professional approach

  • Experience using MS Word, Excel, and CRM systems
