Quarry Manager / Quarry SupervisorSalary DOE + 10% Bonus + High Autonomy + Progression + Excellent Benefits Site Based. You will lead a team of operatives and external contractors to meet volume and quality targets, have full management of budgets and costs as well as being trusted to shape the direction moving forward. - Overseeing full quarry operations
- Managing a small team of operatives and external contractors
- Full budget & cost control
- 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday
- Bonus scheme
The Person:
- Management / leadership experience
- Quarry, Mining, Aggregates, Plant or similar experience
- Lives commutable to Wareham or willing to relocate (with support)
