Role Responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including SMEs, groups, and fast-growing businesses
  • Leading the delivery of corporate tax compliance and high-level advisory services
  • Advising clients on group restructuring, R&D tax relief, capital allowances, transaction support, and international tax matters
  • Reviewing complex corporate tax computations and technical reports prepared by the team
  • Developing junior staff through coaching, feedback, and mentoring
  • Building long-term client relationships as a trusted tax advisor
  • Identifying opportunities for business development and contributing to strategic growth plans

Candidate Requirements
  • CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or QBE with significant experience)
  • Significant experience in corporate tax, ideally within a UK practice setting
  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge across a range of tax areas
  • Demonstrated ability to lead advisory projects and manage risk
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a desire to drive continuous improvement
  • Proven leadership and people management experience
