Apprenticeship Coach. 29,640 starting salary, permanent position, onsite, location Bovington. Pension & enhanced leave allowance available.

Required experience:

Essential

• Engineering Maintenance qualification level 2
• Considerable Engineering Maintenance experience
• Experience in the support and delivery of Apprenticeship Programmes
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an appropriate industry environment

Desirable

• Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment

My client is a large and rapidly expanding global Defence company looking for an Apprenticeship Coach to carry out reviews with learners, complete all paperwork for the apprenticeship process and act as a mentor for learners giving them guidance when required.
