Our client, a leader in their industry, are looking for a HR Manager to join their well established team based on the outskirts of Poole. Within this role you'll have sole responsibility for all HR within the organisation, the full lifecycle of human resources will be yours and as part of this you will be involved in:

  • Providing expert HR advice, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and developing HR strategies and practices.
  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and exits.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Line Managers and Directors, coaching and advising them on HR and people development.
  • Developing and implementing training programs, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Leading and managing HR processes, handle sensitive projects, and ensure diversity and inclusion in all business activities.

To be considered for the role, it's essential you have:

  • Completed your Level 5 CIPD
  • Experience being a HR Manager/Senior HR Advisor/Business Partner position
  • A proven track record of working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience managing, influencing, motivating and developing staff
