**What You Will Do:**

- Play a pivotal role in the Challenger 3 battle tank upgrade programme, providing fundamental field support and technical assistance across various UK and international locations.

- Engage in day-to-day trials, fostering user and customer relationships to deliver cost-effective technical support.

- Handle technical queries, manage Line Replacement Units, and perform Configuration Control activities with precision.

- Offer technical support to trials, including equipment failure diagnosis and LRU removal/replacement, with minimal supervision.

- Assist in retrofit, modification, and conversion programmes, contributing to the enhancement of products and services.

- Identify training needs, cost-saving measures, and improvements to maintenance policy and procedures.

**What You Will Bring:**

- A formal qualification in Electrical Engineering, with a strong background in electrical systems and maintenance.

- Experience within the MOD or Military (REME) environment, ideally with instructor/teaching qualifications.

- Desirable: Level 3 qualification in Electronics, with additional skills in Mech/Armourer. Tracked vehicle licence (H Licence) and CR2 expertise are advantageous.

- A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.

- UK MOD 'SC' security clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
