We work with a diverse range of clients, including housebuilders, land promoters, local developers, and businesses. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality planning services, and we are seeking an Associate Town Planner or Associate Director to join us in shaping the future of development.

The RoleAs an Associate Town Planner or Associate Director, you will:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and allied professionals.
  • Prepare high-quality written advice, reports, applications, and appeals.
  • Lead and manage projects across various development sectors.
  • Provide expert advice to clients, balancing risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in community engagement events and consultations.
  • Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Contribute to business development with the support of Directors and Associate Directors.

About YouWe are looking for someone who can:

  • Demonstrate at least seven years of post-qualification planning experience.
  • Show technical excellence and the ability to apply expertise to new projects.
  • Act with confidence, integrity, and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Manage their time effectively and take initiative within a team-oriented culture.
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Use IT tools confidently, including MS Office and web-based applications.
  • Adapt to changes in legislation, policy, and best practices.

Desirable Skills:

  • EIA experience and/or urban design qualifications.
