Job Title: Trainee Planner | Graduate Town Planner

Requirements:
- Geography or Town Planning related degree
- Completed A-levels (or equivalent)
- Have a desire to work as a Town Planner
Person Specification:
- Understands the needs and motivations of clients, including housebuilders, land promoters, local developers, and businesses.
- Can build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and professionals.
- Actively contributes to projects, completing individual tasks under supervision in a competent and timely manner.
- Prepares written advice and reports to a high standard, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Is comfortable conducting research, preparing and submitting applications and appeals, and liaising with planning officers during determinations.
