About the Role:
As a SEN Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment for students.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies.
- Providing one-on-one support to students with behavioural challenges.
- Collaborating with the school's SENCO and other professionals to create tailored intervention plans.
- Supporting the overall well-being of students and contributing to a positive school ethos.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Understanding of behaviour management strategies and their application in a school environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
- Relevant qualifications in education or psychology would be advantageous.

- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
