Surveyor needed in Wareham, Dorset, £40,482 per day PAYE - Reference: 5260346

As a Planned Surveyor they will be overseeing and managing planned programmes and project work across the East/West regions.

You’ll produce regular reports on supplier performance ensuring that early remedial action can be taken under the contract and will be responsible for all contract management from inception through to completion.

Candidates should ideally have - relevant technical (HNC or higher) qualification in Building, Surveying, planning in a similar technical field or will be able to demonstrate that they have 6 years plus of experience within this sector. They will ideally have a strong working knowledge of project management techniques and be comfortable supervising multi-trade contracts from initial offer to closure. Having experience in undertaking domestic and commercial building surveys and providing advice on matters such as construction defects is key to this role.

This is a full time role on a permanent basis.
