Here at BJF, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our exciting and expanding construction biased business, where YOU can help support the FM division as a plumbing and heating engineer.

Working with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, our UK based organisation comprises of several divisions including Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Projects, Reactive, FM, Small Works and other associated trades.


Position

1.To carry outmaintenance ofheating installationsof all types in domestic and commercial buildings (including boilers, pipelines, valves, pumps, control gear, and other associated equipment), and be fully conversant with all aspects of the heating systems in line with technical qualifications held.


2.To carry outinstallation and maintenance of plumbing, drainage, and sanitation installationsof all types in domestic and commercial buildings and be fully conversant with all aspects of these systems.


3.To undertakefault-finding diagnosis, problem-solving, and analysis of plant operationappertaining to the operation and efficacy of the installed mechanical systems (including plumbing, drainage, heating, and HVAC systems).


4.To carry outrelevant testing and certification of mechanical plant and systems- in accordance with all appropriate regulations and within the remit of the post-holders relevant qualifications.
