Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at our logistics facility in Corby. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations within the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient management of inventory, orders, and logistics documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with managing and organizing warehouse inventory and stock levels.
  • Input and maintain accurate data in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Handle documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Support logistics teams in coordinating deliveries and ensuring accurate order processing.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding stock and order statuses.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and data entry.
  • Ensure that all warehouse procedures comply with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
